Transformation and expansion of an existing house into an eight-unit rental building, along with the subdivision of the land into two separate lots. The addition of the new building allows for densification of the site while maintaining a limited footprint. Despite being situated on separate lots, the two buildings are designed and organized as a cohesive whole, forming a truly integrated project.
