THE FIRM
A firm built on two complementary backgrounds.
Founded in January 2025 by Simon Crevier, Architect, and Karine Demers, Architectural Technologist, Sépia Architecture was created to bring together their expertise and experience within one collaborative practice.
Simon’s technical rigor and Karine’s creative sensitivity come together in every project. Together, they approach architecture with a strong focus on functionality, thoughtful detailing and lasting quality.
Based in Granby, Sépia Architecture primarily serves clients throughout the Eastern Townships and Montérégie, creating residential, commercial and multi-residential projects tailored to each site and its occupants.

SIMON PIERRE CREVIER
Architect
A graduate of McGill University, Simon completed additional training in fine woodworking, developing a meticulous attention to detail that informs every stage of the design process.
His professional experience includes serving as a Senior Plans Examiner for the City of Whistler, British Columbia, where he developed extensive expertise in zoning regulations and building code compliance.
Calm, rigorous and methodical, Simon designs architecture that is both highly functional and centered on the long-term value and well-being of its occupants.
KARINE DEMERS
Architectural Technologist
Before entering architecture, Karine spent nearly ten years as an independent glass artist, designing decorative and functional pieces while developing projects for the corporate sector.
This creative background gave her a refined understanding of form, proportion and materiality. She later completed her training in architectural technology to combine artistic sensitivity with technical expertise.
Today, Karine contributes to projects that are thoughtful, functional and carefully detailed, bringing creativity and precision to every design.

At Sépia Architecture, every project is conceived as a response to its context, the people who will inhabit it and the constraints that shape it. Our objective is to find the right balance between functionality, aesthetics and longevity, without ever losing sight of the project's reality.

Sépia Architecture primarily practices throughout the Eastern Townships and Montérégie. This regional presence provides a deep understanding of local contexts while allowing the firm to take on select projects elsewhere in Quebec.
