Transformation of a former factory into a residential building. The existing openings guided the division of the building into units, making it possible to take advantage of the existing building's features. Rigorous space optimization allowed for the integration of 15 units of varied typologies, offering great flexibility to the client. The high ceilings and the preservation of an industrial aesthetic give the project a distinctive identity.
